Delivery Policy:

Once you place your order through our online portal, and select delivery method as doorstep delivery, we will deliver the products according to the following criteria.

Doorstep Delivery

If you have purchased goods of value NRs. 1500.00 or more, we will deliver the goods to your doorsteps. If you are an Annual Subscriber, you'll get the delivery free of charge.

Otherwise, please check the following delivery criteria for free delivery.

Free for the region defined below:

  • Within Ring Road
  • Lalitpur Metropolitan City
  • Kathmandu Metropolitan City
  • Up to Taukhel towards Godawari
  • Up to Thimi: One Kilometer from Araniko Highway


Anywhere beyond this area, we use third party delivery services (such as Upaya, Pathao, etc.) which you need to pay for.

Acceptance Policies

WE CONSIDER PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO BE ACCEPTED BY CUSTOMERS

Acceptance Policies 

We expect you to go through these necessary measures to receive the products before accepting the products to be delivered. We consider acceptance of the products delivered if you have signed the delivery receipt, and it will work as our proof of receipt of product in good condition.

Please consider the following while receiving delivered products:

  • that the lug and cap of the Ghee bottle is closed, and the bottle is not pierced (if plastic bottle) or have a crack on it (if glass bottle)
  • that the security seal is not broken for the bottled product
  • that the butter package has no pierces on it, neither it is torn
  • that the cheese stick packs torn
  • that the bakery item packages have no pierces on it, neither it is torn
  • that no visible fungus is present on bakery items

Cancellation Policies

PREVIOUSLY PLACED ORDERS CAN ALSO BE CANCELLED

Cancellation Policy

If you have put your order accidently or if you have intention to cancel your order before processing delivery, you can use one of the following options:

  1. Send us an e-mail to <cancellation-email> with "Cancel the Order" at subject line and providing invoice of purchase (do we ask them to download an invoice from our portal?).
  2. Give us a call at <landline or dedicated phone>
  3. Message us on Facebook or messenger (dedicated for cancellation)

You will receive confirmation of cancellation from us.


Please consider the following while receiving delivered products:
